Some event sessions offer an RSVP button. Use it to confirm that you are going. You need to sign in to RSVP, and the organizer decides which sessions accept RSVPs.
Confirm your RSVP
Open the event's Schedule and find the session.
Select RSVP on the session or in its details.
If prompted, use Log in or Register in the RSVP window. If your account needs a reader profile, choose a public username and select Continue & RSVP.
Beventi resumes your RSVP after account setup. Check for RSVP confirmed and the Going button; creating an account alone does not confirm a place.
You need an internet connection to confirm or cancel an RSVP. The session is also added to My schedule. If you have multiple profiles and a profile name is shown, check RSVPing as to see which profile is being used.
Cancel your RSVP
Open the session and select Going again to cancel your RSVP. This releases your place. The session's bookmark remains until you remove it separately.
Understand availability
A session may show the number going, the capacity or the number of places left. Full or Session full means no new RSVP is available at that time. This schedule RSVP flow does not offer a waitlist.
A session can fill between opening the page and submitting your RSVP. If you see This session is full, your new RSVP was not confirmed.
FAQ
Does an RSVP replace an event ticket?
No. A session RSVP and event admission are separate. Follow the organizer's ticket and entry requirements.
Why is there no RSVP button?
The organizer may not have enabled RSVPs for that session, access may be restricted, or the session may have been canceled. A capacity note alone does not mean that online RSVP is available.
My RSVP failed. What should I do?
Check your connection and try again. If the result is unclear, refresh the schedule and check whether the session says Going before retrying. Contact support if the problem continues, including the event, session and exact error message.
Can I cancel when the session is full or canceled?
If your existing RSVP is still shown as Going, you can use it to cancel your place.
