The organizer decides when the schedule is published and who can see it. A missing program, a locked schedule and an empty filtered view have different causes.
No schedule has been posted
If the page says No schedule has been posted for this event yet, a published program with sessions is not currently available. Check again later or contact the organizer for publication timing.
The schedule or a session is locked
Read the restriction message. Some schedules are limited to ticket holders or people with an order for the event; other restrictions may be set by the organizer.
If you believe you should have access:
Sign in to the account associated with your ticket or event order.
Open the event directly on Beventi, rather than through a schedule embedded on another website.
Refresh the schedule.
Contact support if access is still missing, with the event name, the restriction message and relevant ticket or order reference.
A bookmark, an RSVP or an event-following choice does not by itself remove a schedule access restriction. Contact the organizer if you need clarification about admission requirements.
A session seems to be missing
Switch to All, clear your search and filters, check the event day and select Show earlier if available. The organizer may also have changed or removed the session, or changed who can view it.
A session marked canceled is no longer part of the program as originally planned. Check the organizer's updated information before attending.
The schedule could not be loaded
Check your connection and refresh the page. If the error continues, contact support with the event link, device/browser, exact message and whether you were signed in.
FAQ
Can I rely on the website schedule without an internet connection?
Plan to have an internet connection when opening or refreshing the website schedule. Saving bookmarks in your browser is not the same as downloading the program for offline viewing. Use the mobile app's offline guidance when preparing for an event with limited connectivity.
Will a shared session link unlock a restricted session?
No. The same access requirements apply when you open a shared link.
