Open a session in the event's Schedule tab and tap Add to calendar to create an entry in your phone's calendar.
Save the calendar entry
Open the event's Schedule and tap the session.
Tap Add to calendar.
Allow calendar access if requested.
Review the entry in the calendar window, choose the calendar you want to use, and save it.
The app supplies the session title, time, and any available location and description. Check the calendar's displayed time zone when reviewing the entry.
FAQ
Will the calendar entry update if the session changes?
Treat it as a separate calendar entry. Check the Beventi schedule for updates and edit or remove the calendar entry yourself if the session changes or is canceled.
Does adding to my calendar save the session in Beventi?
No. Use Add to my schedule separately. Calendar entries, saved sessions, and RSVPs serve different purposes.
Why does no calendar window open?
Check that Beventi has calendar permission in your device settings, then try again. If the problem continues, contact support with your device type, app version, event name, and session title.
