Open the event in the Beventi app and tap Schedule to browse its program. The sessions available to you depend on what the organizer has published and any access restrictions.
Find a session
Open the event and tap Schedule.
Choose a date from the day selector.
Use All to browse the available sessions for that day.
Tap a session to read its details.
A session can show its start and end time, type, tags, room, street address, description, and the people listed by the organizer. The details available vary between sessions.
If Show on map appears, tap it to open the venue map at the session’s room. An address can also offer Directions, which opens an external map service. These are different actions: the venue map locates a room within the organizer’s plan, while Directions searches for a destination outside Beventi.
Which time zone should I follow?
Schedule times use the event's time zone. Look for Times shown in event time above the session list. If you are traveling, use the schedule's event time when planning your day.

Does “Who is attending” show everyone who has booked?
This section shows the people included in the session by the organizer. Do not use it as a list of all readers with an RSVP.
What do HAPPENING NOW and UP NEXT mean?
These labels help you identify the current session and the next upcoming session. Reopen the schedule to check current information.
Can session details change?
Yes. Reopen the event schedule while connected to the internet before heading to a session, especially if you have been using an offline copy.
