In Company Settings, you as an admin set the foundations for your workspace. Changes apply to all users in your company. After making changes, don't forget to click Save.
Customizing your workspace
Give your workspace a name and a logo so your team identifies with it:
Go to Profile picture
Click Upload image
Upload your logo (recommended: 200x200px)
Tip: If you want your logo to appear in the chat instead of the AI providers' logos, set Hide model logo in Chat to On.
Automatic archiving
Define when chats are automatically moved to the archive:
Open Chat retention
Choose a period (30, 90 or 180 days)
Pinned chats and chats in folders are exempt.
Security Disclaimer
Customize the security notice your team sees in the chat:
Navigate to Security Disclaimer
Edit the default text ("LLMs can make mistakes - verify important information")
Save your changes
You can also link your internal AI policy in the disclaimer text: select a passage of text and insert the URL of your AI policy. That way, everyone on your team has the applicable rules right at hand in the chat.
Anonymization
Here you switch the anonymization of personal data on or off company-wide. When it is active, sensitive data is automatically replaced with placeholders before it is sent to the AI model. Via the group permissions you can give individual teams the right to control the filter themselves. To learn how anonymization works in detail, read the article Anonymization: protecting personal data.
Other administration areas
These areas have their own articles:
Managing Users and Groups: roles, invitations and group permissions
Model management: available models and the default model
Analytics: understanding AI usage in your company
Billing: subscription, credits and invoices
