Shopify discount code block can be used to put dynamic codes in the journey. Such discount codes can have following variations

The discount could be a fixed value or percentage

Typical use cases:

Give a dynamic / unique discount code for retargeting journeys like abandon cart / page view drops
Offer a freebies on resell flows

Shopify order tags/notes

Typically can be used whenever any order action like new order creation, order cancellation is done on BIK’s platform
Existing order tags can also be read / available in ‘ordered’ event

Shopify/BIK customer tags can be added from the flow. Typical use cases may include leads qualification, customer segmentation etc.
Customer tags can also be added in the helpdesk manually by agents
Please note that customer tags as customer segments can be used in the flow to split the journey. Read here about flow controllers
