Overview
Selling a component on Bikeflip is straightforward and transparent. By providing detailed, honest information and high-quality photos, you increase the likelihood of attracting serious buyers and building trust. The process is divided into four main steps:

Start from the Homepage
Log in to your Bikeflip account.
Click the Sell button located in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Select Component as the category for your listing.
1. Component selection
In this section you will enter the Brand and Model of your component.
Choose Category and Subcategory
Choose the category that best fits your component (e.g., wheels, frames, forks, shocks, or other parts).
After selecting a category, refine it by choosing the appropriate subcategory for better accuracy.
Specify Production Year (If requested)
If prompted, specify the component’s production year.
Enter Brand and Model
Begin typing the brand (e.g., “Mavic,” “Sram,” “Fox”) in the Brand field.
Select the correct brand from the dropdown to ensure your listing is properly indexed.
Enter the model name of your component (e.g., “Fox 38 Factory Series”) in the Model field.
Continue to Specifications
After entering these details, click Continue to access the Specifications page.
On the Specifications page, provide as much information as possible. More details help potential buyers find and understand your listing. You can skip certain fields if you are unsure, but thoroughness is encouraged.
Click Continue once you’ve added all applicable specs.
2. General Info
Select Condition
Select the condition of the component: New, Almost New, or Used.
Upload Images
Upload up to 10 clear, high-quality photos.
For the main image, present a well-lit photo with a clean background.
Show any signs of wear, damage, or upgrades to maintain transparency.
Describe the Component
Write an honest, detailed description. Mention features, upgrades, wear, damage, and relevant history.
A comprehensive description builds trust and helps set buyer expectations.
Set Your Price
Enter your asking price.
If you're open to offers, select the "Negotiable Price" option.
Continue
Once satisfied with the condition, images, description, and price, click Continue to proceed.
3. Contact
Enter Your Contact details
Provide the requested contact information, such as your email and phone number. Rest assured that these details remain private on Bikeflip.
Enter your location (country and city). This information will help others understand where the component is located.
Agree to the Privacy Policy
Read and agree to the Privacy Policy before moving forward.
Continue
Click Continue after completing all fields to advance to the final step.
4. Preview
Review Your Listing
Carefully check the listing’s details, ensuring the main image, title, and price are correct.
Confirm that specifications and descriptions are accurate.
Add Optional Details:
If applicable, check the boxes for “First Owner,” “Warranty,” or “Receipt Available” to provide extra value and reassurance to potential buyers.
Finalize Your Ad:
If everything looks good, click Publish Ad to make it live on Bikeflip.
Not ready yet? Select “Save as a Draft” to revisit and edit your listing later.
