Annual subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal.
If you do not wish to renew your subscription, simply follow a few simple steps:
Access your bikeMi profile from the app or website;
The validity and expiration date of the subscription will be displayed in the yellow box at the top of the screen;
choose 'Cancel automatic renewal'; 👇
Select ‘Yes’ in the pop-up message to confirm.👇
The subscription will therefore be valid until the expiration date indicated and will then be automatically deactivated.
Please note: If you change your mind, you can restore automatic renewal before the expiration date: simply log in to your profile, select ‘Renew automatically,’ and confirm your choice👇
Please note that any penalties recorded during the year will not be reset upon renewal of the subscription as they are linked to the User's profile.
