If you want to use our service for the first time, you need to buy a subscription.

Here you find the simple steps to follow in order to complete your subscription's payment:

1. Download the 'bikeMi' app;

2. Select ‘First time here? Sign up’ 👇

3. Choose your subscription type and select ‘Buy’ 👇

4. Enter your mobile phone number (select your nation prefix if your number is not an Italian one);

5. Select the arrow below the number;

6. Enter the code you receive by SMS 👇

7. Accept the 'Terms of use' 👇

8. Confirm the subscription's purchase with 'Complete purchase' (enter the discount code before doing that if you have one) 👇

Important: if you have an annual ATM subscription, select 'Apply ATM Discount' and enter the requested data before selecting 'Complete purchase'. Attention: the discount will be applied only if the annual ATM subscription has been activated through the metropolitan devices from at least 72 hours (click here for more information on the ATM card and discount).

9. Enter your credit card or prepaid card details.

Important: the payment card must be a Master Card, Amex or Visa and it is neccessary to confirm the update of the payment method through the 3dsecure code or other authentication method requested by your bank;

10. Select ‘Start’.
