If you want to take advantage of the service and this is your first time purchasing a subscription, simply follow these simple steps:
1. Download the 'bikeMi' app;
2. Select ‘First time here? Sign up’ 👇
3. Choose the type of subscription and select ‘Buy’ 👇
4. Enter your mobile phone number (select your country code if your number is not Italian);
5. Select the arrow below the number;
6. Enter the 4-digit code received via text message 👇
7. Select ‘Accept Terms’ 👇
8. Select ‘ Complete Purchase ' (if you have a discount code enter it before clicking ' Complete Purchase ') 👇
Please note: if you have an ATM annual subscription, select 'Apply ATM Discount' and enter the required information before selecting 'Complete purchase'.
Warning: The discount will only be applied if the public transport pass has been activated for at least 72 hours at the metro totems (click here for more information on the ATM discount and card).
9.Then, enter the details of the credit card or rechargeable prepaid card belonging to the Master Card, Visa or Amex circuits.
Important: 3dsecure is now also active to confirm payment data; to complete the transaction, you must enter the SMS code (or other authentication method) sent by the bank;
10. Select ‘Start’.
