In order for a bike to be returnd to a station, the light of a free dock must be steady green π
In the case of a red light, change the dock.
IMPORTANT: does the trip continues and you see the following screen on the app? π
Then, try to lift the handlebar up and check if the bike is blocked;
slightly shake the handlebar;
wait a few moments, the system is just updating;
finally, check the app again.

Contact the assistance from the app by selecting 'Talk to us' in your profile.
Then, select 'Send us a message' and choose the following options from the virtual assistant:
'I have a problem using the bike π';
'Bike return';
Follow the suggestions of the virtual assistant and remember to report the number of the return station, the number of the dock and the date/hour when the bike has been returned.
Your request will be sent immediatly to our operators for the needed checks.
