Map overview

When you open the APP, after log in (only if required), the first screen you see is the bikeMi stations' map πŸ‘‡

Here you can see all the available stations for picking a bike up.

Indeed, the map allows you to have an overview of all the stations and their availability (reduce zoom); you can also look for a specific station by increasing the zoom.

Important: remember to activate the geolocation (GPS) on your smartphone.

If your position on the APP is incorrect, click on the target icon on the bottom right and the correct location will be identified.

Stations colours and bikes availability/free docks (before picking a bike up)

The yellow circles on the mapp correspond to active stations with available bikes. More specifically, the number you see on each circle indicates the amount of available bikes when you check for it on the APP.

The eventual gray circle indicates a temporarily unavailable station or a station without bicycles πŸ‘‡

By clicking on the circle, you will see the station number and name with the amount of available bikes divided by type; you will also see the availability of free docks for the bike return πŸ‘‡

Stations colours and bikes availability/free docks (bike in use)

During the trip and while using the bike, the circles of the stations on the APP become white. In this case, the yellow numbers correspond to the amount of free docks for each station. Free docks are the ones you can use for returning a bike πŸ‘‡

Other useful functionalities

By clicking on this icon, you can see the list of all stations. More precisely, you will be able to identify the stations that are closer to your position (first image below from the left) or those that you have visited more recently (second image below from the right). In both cases, you can also see the distance of each station from your actual position πŸ‘‡

By clicking on a station from the above lists or from the mapp itself, you can also take advantage of Google Maps indications. Just select the icon at the bottom of the screen and you will see the best way for reching the station you need.

The link below brings you to the article with the steps to follow for picking a bike up directly from the APP πŸ‘‡
