What to do if the bicycle is stolen/taken

The customer must always commit to keeping the bicycle safe.

If it is necessary to take a break, we recommend locking the bicycle with the lock provided in the basket.

In the event of bicycle theft, please contact the Customer Service immediately via the Virtual Assistant πŸ€–, by writing to info@bikemi.it, or by contacting the Call Center.

Please note: Regardless of the chosen channel, be sure to specify the bike's number, how it was stolen, the date and time of the theft, and whether the bike was locked.
