La procedura corretta di restituzione della bicicletta è la seguente:
The steps for a correct return of the bike are as follows:
Solleva la bici dal manubrio;
Lift the bike up from the handlebar;
assicurati che i perni sotto il cestino siano in verticale;
be sure that the pins under the basket are in upright;
inserisci i perni nei 2 fori dello stallo;
put the pins in the 2 holes of the station's dock;
attendi qualche istante e solleva il manubrio per verificare che la bicicletta sia bloccata;
wait for a while and lift the handlebar up for checking that the bike is blocked;
se il led dello stallo continua a lampeggiare, scuoti leggermente il manubrio;
if the light of the dock continues to blink, slightly shake the handlebar;
verifica che il led dello stallo sia ritornato di colore verde fisso.
check that the light of the dock is steady green again.

Riceverai inoltre una mail di riepilogo all'indirizzo presente sul tuo profilo.

Dall'app potrai visualizzare il resoconto utilizzo anche nella sezione 'Cronologia utilizzi' e l'eventuale costo generato in 'Pagamenti'.
You will be able to see the trip's summary in the 'Trip History' section and the eventual accrued tariffs of use in the 'Payments' section.
Assicurati infine che l'app sia aggiornata all'ultima versione disponibile.

N.B. Dopo la restituzione della bicicletta, è necessario attendere 5 minuti prima di iniziare un nuovo utilizzo.
Important: After the bike is returned to a station, it is necessary to wait 5 minutes before starting a new trip.
Qualora la restituzione avvenga entro 3 minuti dal prelievo (per esempio perché è stato rilevato un danno), puoi subito iniziare un nuovo viaggio senza attese o costi aggiuntivi.
In the case of a bike being returned to a station within the first 3 minutes of use (for example because of a damage on the bike itself), you can start a new trip immediately and without any cost.
