The subscription can be canceled through your Apple or Google Play settings.
Please note that your subscription won’t cancel automatically if you uninstall the app or delete your Bilance account.
On Android devices:
Please open the Play Store app
Tap on the user icon in the top right corner
Tap on the Payments and Subscriptions option
Tap on the Subscriptions section and click on the Bilance app icon
Tap on the Cancel button

Please go to the iPhone's Settings
Tap on [Your Name] and choose the Subscriptions
Tap the subscription options related to the Bilance app
Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button
