Granting Billy access to Procore

Once you are logged into Procore, navigate to Company Tools and click Permissions from the dropdown.

This will take you to the Permissions Page. Click the orange Project Permissions Templates button and choose Project (Global) - Assignable to All Projects.

Enter a name in the Create Global Permissions Template pop up box. We recommend something along the lines or “Billy Permissions”.

Click the orange Confirm button. This will take you to the new template.

In Core Tools grant Standard access to the Directory. A drop down will populate. Check Create and Edit Companies and View Company Insurance Information.

In Financial Management grant Standard access to Commitments. A drop-down will populate. Check Update Purchase Order Contract and Update Work Order Contract.

Once granular permissions are set on this page, click the orange Save button.

Are your Work Orders / Purchase Orders set to Private?

If so, you will also need to select "View Private Purchase Order Contract" and View "Private Work Order Contract" so the Billy team can see these.

Navigate back to Company Tools and click Directory from the dropdown.

From the Directory page, search for Billy or click the orange + Add Company button to create Billy as a new company. Please ensure Brittany Page is added as a User under Billy with the email address: brittany@billyforinsurance.com. Be sure to trigger the invite.

Click View next to Brittany's name and you will be taken the the User screen below. On this page click the orange Edit button in the top right of the screen.

From the breakout page titled 'Edit Brittany Page', scroll down to Project Settings. Click the box for 'Add Brittany Page to all new projects in [Company Name]' and click the Add All button under Projects Brittany Page Does Not Belong To.

On one of the projects under Current Project Settings, click the Change Template hyperlink.

A new modal will pop up on your screen. From the template dropdown choose the Billy CS Permissions template that you created previously and check the box that says 'Apply this template to all projects Brittany Page belongs to'. Click the grey Apply button.

Once this modal closes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

If you haven't already, click Save and Send Invitation to Procore.

If you need additional resources please reference Procore’s User Permissions Matrix page.

If this does not grant the proper permissions for Billy, we kindly ask that you utilize the Live Chat in Procore to work with your rep.
