This integration map provides an overview of what information is pushed and pulled from and to Procore and Billy. The below sections will go over the details of how this data moves back and forth.

After setting up the Procore integration to connect your Billy account to your Procore account, existing Procore projects are imported to Billy using the blue + on the Project Page in Billy. Learn more about importing Procore projects in Billy here.

Existing contracts will sync if they meet these 2 parameters: import method and commitment statuses, which are selected during project import and viewable in the Procore Sync Log for reference.

The Insurance Tab in the Project Directory

Procore Pay Compliance - MORE INFO COMING SOON

Every import method (SC, PO, Project Directory) pushes compliance information back to the insurance tab within the project directory after completing a review in Billy. Information viewable in this tab includes the requirement type, status, whether the information was received (or not), policy number, insurance provider name, limit amount (for policies,) effective date, expiration date, a link to the document in Billy, and additional insureds.
