Prequalification is available within your Billy account with a simple embedded connection to your website!

Billy provides you with a form your subcontractors can use to submit their prequalification information for your review. When a subcontractor submits the form, the prequalification will be imported into Billy for you to review and approve, discard, or save for later. With this feature you can evaluate and approve subcontractors before they are hired to work on a project.

To find your form and code go to your Settings page then click Prequalification.

To create your form, enter the URL address for the page on your website you would like to connect to. Ensure you include https:// at the beginning of your URL input. When this is ready, click the Create Prequal Form button.

You can view or directly send your auto generated Prequal Form by copying your Your Prequal Form Link. To view, paste this link into a new tab or window.

If you are connecting your Prequal Form in your website, click Copy Embed Code. Your web developer will need to input this into your website to complete the connection.

Finally, choose the User(s) you would like to set up Prequalification Form submission notifications to. These User(s) will be notified by email for every new form submission.

The Prequalification Form submission emails come from "Billy" <no-reply@billyforinsurance.com> with the Subject: New Prequalification Submission. Use this direct link or click View in Billy to review the submission.

New vendors will automatically populate in the Directory with the status of Pending. Once you have reviewed their submission, you can change the status to Qualified or Unqualified.
