How to reset your password on the mobile app
1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
2. Enter your email address and press Submit. You will be sent a verification code via email.
3. From your email, copy the verification code and paste it into the app.
4. If you have 2FA methods activated, collect and enter your 2FA codes, then press Submit.
5. Enter a new password. Once finished, confirm the new password.
6. Log in to your account with your new password.

Troubleshooting Common Password Reset Issues
Not Receiving the Verification Email
Solution: Check your email's spam or junk folder. Ensure you entered the correct email address. If the problem persists, try resending the email, or contact Binance.US support for assistance.
New Password is the same as Old Password
Solution: Ensure your new password is entirely different from the old one. Use a unique combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. You may also try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different web browser if the error persists.
Improper Email or Password
Solution: Double-check the email and password entered. If you're still unable to log in, try accessing Binance.US through an incognito browser session or switching browsers. For persistent access issues, contact Binance.US support.
