How to add new individual teachers
From the BIOZONE WORLD data browser, navigate to the Teachers tab.
Click on + New Teacher
Enter the user’s details. The fields for this are
Display Name | This will be the display name for the user. Please enter both a first and last name (eg. John Smith) |
Email | This is the user’s email address they can use to log in. This must follow the format of an email address (eg. name@domain.tld) |
Password | This is the user’s initial log in password. This must be at least 7 characters long, and contain a number, symbol and capital letter. The user will be required to change this after first log in. |
Phone number *Optional field | This is the users role phone number, for internal reference only. This field is currently unused, and can be safely ignored. |
Classes *Optional field
| If you would like the user to be included in a class, you can select their class from the drop down. User’s can be added to classes after they have been created, if their class does not yet exist. |
Click on “Create” to add the teacher.
