How to reset a user’s password

From the BIOZONE WORLD Data Browser, navigate to either the Teachers or Students tab.

Next to the user you need to reset, click on Reset Password

If you would like a password to be automatically generated, select Automatically Generate a Password.

If you would like to specify your own password, select Create a Password

If Create a Password is selected, enter a new password.

Click on Reset Password

If Automatically Generate a password was selected, you will then be provide with the generated password

If Automatically Generate a password was selected, you will then be provide with the generated password

The new password can then be sent to the user. The user will also receive an email informing them of the password reset. The user will need to set a new password after logging in again.
