If your registrants are getting stuck on the first step of registration, one of the most common culprits is the Special Comments input. This field is not required by default but can be set to required, causing frustration to the registrant and the event manager.
To check this setting navigate to Registration and then Registrant Settings in your event dashboard.
Once on the Registrant Settings page, look for the toggle Require Special Comments. If enabled, you want to disable this options. Sometimes a registrant might not have any comments to add but since the field is required, they are forced to enter something.
