How to get started on your next event

Purchase a new event credit and transfer your information over from a previous site for the new year.

Same event, new year? Ready to transfer information from a past event with the new import feature? Check this out:

  1. Log into your dashboard here: https://birdease.com/login

  2. Click Purchase Event Credits

3. Fill out Billing Info and click Submit

4. Select Manage Credits

4. Click Add Event

5. From here you will be brought to a screen where you can import information from a previous event via the drop-down menu (this includes all pages, registration items, images and event information). Selecting "No" will create a new/blank event.

6. Finally, click "Create Event" and you're ready to start editing for the new year!

NOTE: Your site information will transfer as it was last left, so be sure to update your Registration Item quantities as necessary. If a package was sold out last year, it will show as "sold" until there is at least 1 available.

You will also want to make sure your Payment Option is connected. If you used BirdEase Payments your information will automatically connect. If you used another merchant such as Authorize.net, PayPal etc. you will need to re-enter that information.
