Adding Your Logo to Registration Invoice

Want to ensure your Logo displays on the Registrant's PDF invoices?

First, upload your logo(s) to the Images section of the Event Manager. Uploading the Logo directly from the Event Logo tab will allow the system to recognize the Image Type as a Logo automatically.

Uploading the Image from the "All" tab works as well. Make sure you update the Image Type to "Logo."

To get started, ensure you’re logged in and navigate to the front end of your site. Next, click on the “Theme” button located at the top left-hand side of your site, next to “Manage Event”:

A new window will open with several categories and options:

Under Template Style, you’ll find Event Logos. You may have noticed in the image above that I have three logo options. You can easily switch between them with just the click of a button! Additionally, you can enable the system to adjust your theme colors to match each logo automatically. To do this, simply click on your preferred logo, and a dialogue box will appear asking if you would like to adjust your theme colors to match it, as shown below:

Preview & Edit Invoice

To preview your invoice, go to Payment Options, click on the Invoice Options tab, and then click Preview Invoice.

Here, you'll see that there are several ways to customize your invoice, including "Override Invoice From," where you may want to manually enter the name/address/etc. The system will otherwise use the information from your Event Information.
