Sponsor logos can be uploaded by registrants or by the event manager. No matter where they are uploaded from, they can all be found by navigating to Event Website and then Images. Once in the images section click the Sponsor Logos filter. This functionality is managed via the BirdEase platform.
Uploading a Sponsor Logo
In the Sponsor Logos filter, click "Add New Image".
Drag and Drop or browse to the desired file on your device.
The only input required is "Name".
Entering a "HTTPS Link" will make the sponsor logo a link that will open in a new window on your event site.
Entering a "Company Name", will be displayed with the sponsor logo on your event site.
Entering a "Facebook Link", will show a Facebook icon above the sponsor logo that will open the Facebook page in a new window
When "Display On Supporters Sidebar" is enabled, the sponsor logo will show up in the supporters side bar.
When "Display On Supporters Page" is enabled, the sponsor logo will show up on the supporters page.
Entering a "Description", will show when the image is hovered on the supports siderbar/widget and on the "Supporters Page"
Click "Add New Image".
Displaying Sponsor Logos
In the "Three Dot" menu at the bottom of the image, there is two places you can display the sponsor logo. One on the Supporters Siderbar/Widget and the Supporters Page. Enable the desired locations for the sponsor logo.
Adding Non-Standard Sponsor Logos
BirdEase allows you to include sponsor logos, even for sponsors who do not belong to regular sponsorship categories, such as those providing other forms of support like lunch services. To add such logos to the scrolling sponsor list:
Navigate to
Event Website.Select
Images > Sponsor Logos Filter.Upload the logo for the specific sponsor. This functionality ensures flexibility in acknowledging and highlighting various types of sponsor support on your event website.
Uploading Sponsor Logos in Unsupported Formats
If you have a sponsor logo in PDF format and BirdEase does not support PDF uploads, follow these steps:
Convert the PDF file into a supported image format, such as PNG or JPG, using any online or offline file converter.
Once converted, upload the newly formatted logo to the relevant sponsor item through the sponsor management portal. This solution ensures all logos are successfully incorporated into the platform, regardless of their original file format.
Displaying sponsor logos effectively on your BirdEase website plays a key role in promoting partnerships and enhancing user experience.
Ordering Sponsor Logos
To arrange the placement of the logos on your sidebar/supporters page, simply drag and drop the logo from the Sponsor Logos tab. The first logo you would like to display will be placed at the top left.
