Providing care can be unpredictable and scheduled visits can sometimes end up being longer or shorter than the caregiver intended.

With the overruns/underruns feature, caregivers will always be prompted to provide a reason if their care visit ends up being longer or shorter allowing you to easily share and audit visits with any third parties.

The default setting for this feature is 15 minutes, so if a visit ends 15 minutes after the scheduled time or finishes 15 minutes before the scheduled time, caregivers will be prompted to provide more information before submitting their report. The default setting can be adjusted to your preferences, just send your account manager or our customer care team a message.

Once the caregiver has submitted their report, you will be able to see the duration of the visit on the Visit log page alongside the reason for the overrun or underrun.
