Your carers have the ability to see additional documents you upload on the agency whilst on their Birdie app, this ensures they have all the information they need to provide the most exceptional care 🙌
When providing person-centred care it is often the case that you end up with lots of documents, despite transitioning to being a paperless agency. Some of your documents may not be easily transferred to your agency hub - such as equipment handling instructions, DNAR forms etc.

What can caregivers see on their app?
Caregivers will only be able to see .PNG, .JPEG and PDF file types in the app. You can upload documents such as Word and Excel files however these will not be visible to the carer.
How do I get this feature?
