Adding a picture to your Care Recipient's profile adds another layer of person-centred care and best of all, this picture will be visible to Care Professionals on their Birdie app.
How to add a Care Recipient profile picture
Select the Care Recipient from the Clients tab and select their About me tab in the left-hand sidebar.
From this page click the Edit button next to the Profile heading.
You will now see a section where you can upload a JPG or PNG file with a maximum size of 12mb.
Once you have uploaded a picture, you will be able to see this in both the Agency hub and the Birdie app.
How to edit or remove a Care Recipient profile picture
If you need to change the picture or remove it, you can do this easily by going to the section where you uploaded the picture and clicking the camera icon on the profile picture.
Here you will see a drop-down menu where you can Upload a new photo or delete the existing one.
