Care Recipients Visited Last Week
A high-level report showing how many clients you have visited in the past week (Monday - Sunday)
Get a quick insight on the size of your business.
Active Users (Carers and Admin)
A high-level report showing how many active carers and admin users you have at the time the report is generated.
Get a quick insight on the size of your employees listed as active on Birdie.
Number of Reported Visits Last Week
A high-level report showing the number of visits each day last week.
Get a quick insight on the level of care delivered by your agency last week.
Visit Length and Secure Check-in/Check-out Success
A report showing the number of visits and total reported duration of visits per care recipient last week (Monday - Sunday). It also includes the % of calls with secure check in/outs.
Drill down to see if clients are receiving the level of care you expect, and if certain clients are causing the forced alerts (due to being in a bad signal area).
Care Recipients with Completed Care Plans
A care plan is complete when a client has over 3 scheduled tasks. This report gives a count of how many active clients have a completed care plan.
Make sure you are personalising the care of your clients by assigning more than three care tasks to them.
Average days since Care Task Schedules Updated
The CQC recommends care plans are regularly reviewed. This report shows the average days since a care recipient has had an update to their care task schedules.
Make sure you are regularly updating the care task schedules of all care recipients.
Care Recipient Care Task Schedules
A weekly report per care recipient on how care plans (tasks) are set up, how many have notes, and how often they have been updated.
A good report to share with the team in charge of tasks and alert management to ensure they are updating constantly and adding personalised notes to the tasks to be fully prepared for inspections.
Care Recipient Care Task and Visit Observations Completed Last Week
The number of observations carers record per call (food, mood, drinks, etc.), how many recorded visits have notes written by carers, the % of scheduled care tasks that were completed and the count of completed tasks.
To evidence person-centred, holistic, plus above and beyond care delivery. You can prove that carers are not only completing tasks but logging extra notes and observations to make each call unique and holistic.
Medication Tasks Completed
How many total medications were recorded on Birdie. And, the % of medications completed over all the medications.
Evidence that medications are being recorded.
Alerts Raised & Resolved
The total number of alerts raised for each of the past 8 weeks.
Good evidence on tracking the number of alerts received per week to see if proactive changes are able to decrease the number of alerts of unexpected situations caused more alerts.
% of Alerts Resolved
The % of alerts resolved and what % of them are resolved with 24 hours.
Good evidence on responsiveness as you can prove that you look at action alerts as soon as they come through.
Alerts per Client Last Week
Details on alerts raised for each care recipient in the past week (Monday - Sunday): count of alerts, % resolved, % resolved within 24 hours and average hours to first act on the alert.
Drill down into the above charts to see what clients are causing more alerts or alerts that take longer to respond to, so that proactive steps may be taken to improve this metric in future weeks.
