How to manage the visibility of a caregiver's rota
You can decide how far in advance your carers will see their rota on their app

By default, your caregiver's app will display the next 7 days of scheduled visits but if you need to change this you can on the Agency hub.

Start by clicking on your Initials in the top right of the screen, a drop-down menu will appear, click on Carer App Settings.

You can choose whether you want to share the rota on a set date or just choose how many days in advance you would like them to view.

Once you select the days you would like your carers to see click 'Save Settings'. You can change this at any time. Any changes you make to the rota visibility will be available instantly, the caregiver needs to refresh their app by pulling their screen down.

💡Please note If you select more than 7 days, the actual visibility will depend on data from your rostering provider. For example, if you have a Careplanner integration you are only able to set your rota 7 days in advance so even if you select the '30 days' option only 7 days of the scheduled visits will be shown on the Birdie app.
