What is Birdie Q Score?
The Birdie Quality Score (Q Score) has been created in line with the Care Quality Commission's (CQC) categories. We have created the Q Score to help our agencies provide the highest quality of care and work to achieve an "Outstanding" CQC rating.
How to find your Birdie Q Score Report on Birdie Analytics
Open your Looker account and your Q score report will be the top report. Favourite the report by clicking the heart so it's always handy.

Reading your report
You will then see your overall Q Score trends and a breakdown of each category that makes up the Q score.
How to drill down into results
Since you are a Birdie Analytics license holder, you will be able to drill down into the results and find the raw data. To drill down you need to right-click your mouse on the data or bar chart that you wish to investigate further into.
The window above will show all the reports that you can drill down into. Our trick is to click away and drill down on anything you can! You will always be able to download the data and manipulate it further if need be. Click, Click , Click!
