Our travel time visual feature allows you to be able to move visits as close as possible, all while keeping the minimum travel time needed to ensure your carers will be on time. This feature removes the guesswork when planning travel between visits, your team will know straight away if there’s not enough travel time.
When dragging a visit, you will see the travel time visual turn red when you are at risk of not leaving enough travel time. If you have moved the visit too close, the platform will surface a warning and have you confirm you want to proceed with the change.
How to turn off the Travel time feature
Go to the Roster tab
Click on the Display options button
Click on Travel time
It will instantly make a change on your page, if not, please refresh your page. You can easily turn it back on by clicking the same button and re-selecting travel time.
