Please note: This feature is available by opt-out and is part of Birdie’s Essentials, Core, Advanced, Plus and Premium packages. Please get in touch if interested in more information on this feature!

You can view visits that have been confirmed and are ready for payroll in your app. You will be able to see all of your confirmed visits since your agencies started using Birdie. This gives you visibility over what visits you have completed and allows you to raise any concerns you may have regarding your pay.

Please note: This will not give you visibility over your payslip which includes information about your wage or salary, money earned and tax and insurance paid. You will only be able to see your timesheet, which is a document that allows for the recording of hours worked on various tasks and is used as input for payroll.

Step by step

  1. Log into the Birdie app

  2. Click the purple person icon in the left-hand corner

  3. Click View Timesheet

  4. You will now see visits that have been confirmed by your agency

  5. Scroll to view the past 8 weeks of confirmed visits

  6. Tap the arrows to see a breakdown of the visit

7. To see confirmed visits further back, tap the calendar icon in the right-hand corner

Please note: The app will only display visits confirmed by your care manager. If the visit has not been confirmed it will not show in your app. If you have any queries or require any adjustments to your payment please contact your care manager or agency directly.

Additional views on the timesheet

You may see additional information on your timesheet alongside your confirmed visits such as:

  • Travel Time

  • Travel Mileage

  • Wait time

These views are toggled on/off by your agency, you do not need to worry if you do not see these views as you will always see your confirmed visits.
