In the event that you lose access to your account, please refer to the possible reasons below:
Loss of Email
Should you lose access to your BK8.io email, please regain access to the original email address that you used to sign up for a BK8.io account. If regaining access isn’t possible due to other factors or technical issues, please contact our customer support via LiveChat.
Note: In the event that you lose access to your email and require a new one, your account will be temporarily locked during this process of regaining access for added security. To unlock your account, you will need to follow the verification process via our customer service team’s instructions to confirm your identity and verify your email.
Loss of Password
If you encounter a password error during the sign-up process, please refer to the Password Requirements as stated in the “Signing Up for Your BK8.io Account” section.
In the event of a password loss, please follow the below instructions for Changing Your Password and/or Forgot Your Password:
Changing Your Password
I. Go to Settings.
II. Select “Change Password”.
III. Update your password in the designated field, please refer to the aforementioned Password Requirements.
Forgot Your Password
I. Select “Forgot Password” as stated in our login page.
II. Enter your registered email address and submit the request to change your password. Please ensure that this email address is valid and officially associated with your BK8.io account.
III. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
