In this article, we explain how to submit a request to the MakeMoney partner support,
so they can carry out the accrual if the coins have not been received within 24 hours.
Please follow these instructions:
Open the Make Money offerwall;
Navigate to the 'In progress' section (the clock icon at the bottom of the screen);
Pick the task you have issues with and click it;
In the upper right corner you will see the chat icon with the exclamation mark. Click it;
Fill out and submit the form.
If you contacted the offerwall support and haven't received a response within 2 weeks, please contact us. We'll do the best we can to make it up to you.
