The multiple-select component stores data in a custom attribute array in Braze.
It can be used as a survey where you want to allow users more than one option.
You enter the name for your custom attribute in braze
Choose the number of buttons you need and the number the user can select. You can limit the response to one button.
If you want to randomize the buttons, you can check the box. When the message is displayed, every user's buttons will be random.
You always need a "Submit button" which is a formal button component. That way the answers will be stored.
The multi-select component can be used in a multi-screen message but only the basic button component will create a follow-up message screen.
