Wallet CRM | How to upload wallets on Wallet CRM for on-chain and twitter insights?

Follow these steps to upload wallets and retrieve valuable on-chain and off-chain insights:

1. Navigate to Wallet CRM

On the left-hand sidebar, click on "Wallet CRM".

2. Select Upload Wallets from CSV

In the "Discover Wallets" tab, click on "Upload Wallets from CSV".

3. Upload CSV

In the popup window, upload your CSV file containing the wallet addresses.

Tip: Make sure the upload csv has <50k wallets. For a bigger file, recommend doing it in batches or reach out to support@withblaze.app.

Click on Next.

4. Map Columns to Wallet Addresses

If your file contains multiple columns, make sure to map the column that includes the wallet addresses. This step is crucial to get accurate on-chain and off-chain insights.

5. Review and Name the Segment

  • After mapping the wallet addresses, review the segment.

  • Add a Wallet Search Name for easy reference.

  • Click Next to proceed.

It will take about 3-5 minutes to process the on-chain and off-chain insights. You will receive a notification on your dashboard when the insights are ready.

Tip: You can save this segment by either selecting all the leads or custom leads i.e. leads obtained after various filters available. Then, you can view the insights of the reduced segment as well.


7. View Insights

Once the insights are ready, click View from the notification

Scorecards on top:

  • Total Wallets

  • Active Wallets

  • Total Balance

Switch tabs to explore both on-chain and off-chain insights:

On-Chain Insights:

  • Top ERC20 tokens

  • Top ERC721 NFTs

  • Top ERC1155 NFTs

  • Daily transaction trend

  • Balance distribution

Off-Chain Insights:

  • Total Twitter profiles

  • Location distribution

  • Top countries

  • Top followed accounts

  • Follower distribution

With these steps, you can quickly upload wallet addresses and gain actionable insights into both the on-chain activity and social presence of the wallet holders.
