Typically, it takes around 5-60 minutes to process and generate the on-chain and off-chain insights after you upload your wallet addresses. You will receive a notification on the dashboard once the insights are ready.
2. What are the chains supported by Blaze?
We currently support Ethereum, Arbitrum, BSC, Optimism and Polygon.
3. What if my CSV file has multiple columns? How do I map wallet addresses?
During the upload process, you will be asked to map the columns to the relevant fields. Ensure you map the correct column containing wallet addresses to get accurate on-chain and off-chain insights.
4. What parameters can I use to refine my search after uploading wallets?
You can refine your search by applying filters like:
Exclude Leads with Closed Twitter DMs
Twitter Followers and Following Range
Additional on-chain metrics based on interaction type and token balance.
5. Can I upload wallets and retrieve their Twitter profiles?
Yes, after uploading wallets, Blaze will automatically match the wallets with their associated Twitter profiles and provide relevant insights, including follower counts and engagement.
10. Can I analyze wallet activities over a specific time period?
Yes, when choosing the Wallets that interacted with the contract option, you can set specific start and end dates to analyze the wallets based on their interaction within that timeframe.
11. Is there a limit to the number of wallets I can upload?
Yes, you can upload up to 50k wallets at a time. For a larger use case, please reach out to us at support@withblaze.app.
12. Can I view the results later if I don’t want to check immediately?
Yes, once your search is complete, you’ll get a notification. You can return to view your on-chain and off-chain insights anytime by navigating to the notifications or the Wallet CRM tab.
13. How often does the data gets refreshed?
Our on-chain metrics are refreshed every 24 hours. Our twitter metrics are refreshed once a month.
