How many followers can I fetch from Account Followers feature? How does credits work?
You can fetch up to 50k followers in an hour.
Can I get partial followers of a twitter account using Social Search?
No, the twitter APIs don't allow us to fetch partial followers of any twitter account.
How many participants can I fetch from Twitter Spaces? How does credits work?
We fetch up to 1000 live participants at every 30s interval when the Twitter Spaces is live. We don't charge credits for this. The feature is accessible only on Premium plan and above users.
For instance - If the twitter space was active for 2 mins, then Blaze will fetch the participants 5 times. Each time it'll fetch up to 1000 participants that are live and attending the spaces.
What is the difference between Timeline view and table view?
Timeline view yields 4 recent searches exactly how they appear in your X feed.
Table view yields you results in a table format.
Can I apply filters in Timeline view?
Yes, at the top of every search in timeline view, you can see search name, then the tags you have used for your search, create segment button, filter button, refresh buttons and some more options.
How can I view my older searches?
On top of the filters in table view, you will be able to see your search name. Click on that and a drop down with all your searches will appear. Click on the search that you want to view.
How can I edit my search?
In the timeline view, click on the 3 dots button, just on the right hand side of create segment button, and then click on Edit Search option.
In table view, click on the Edit button on the right hand side of the window.
How can I contact Blaze for customized search?
You can get customized searches and leads from Blaze Expert by clicking on Get leads from Blaze expert button. It will take around 24-48 hours for us to come up with your required search results.
How can I find recent results from my search?
On both the views, you can refresh your search to fetch fresh search results.
