The whole process is done online and can be started either:

  • By an employee interested in getting a bike through us. When an employee applies through our our website, you will receive an email prompting you to register for our scheme and explaining all steps to follow.

  • By yourself. You can register on our website before your employees know about Blike and promote the scheme internally (eg. inviting your employees for a free test ride event).

In either scenario, once you approve your employee eligibility, we will send you further agreements to sign. There are up to four agreements involved in the process:

  1. Master agreement between you and Blike (one time only, when you first enroll into the scheme)

  2. The regulated hire agreement between your employee and us, which in plain English sets out the equipment being hired from Blike, the costs & benefits and the requirements on both parties during the hire period (with each new employee hire)

  3. The salary sacrifice agreement between you and the employee (with each new employee hire)

Upfront, you will designate a scheme administrator(s) within your team who would set parameters, approve or reject applications and sign agreements on your Company behalf.

We will invoice you per bike package ordered and approved by you. The invoice will show the bike package ordered by your employees and the total cost.
