Troubleshooting issues and errors when uploading your company logo.

There are a couple of things to try for troubleshooting.

  1. Please make sure the logo is being uploaded as a JPG, GIF, or PNG images with a recommended size of at least 1200px. 

  2. The element container inside our system prefers a vertical orientation over a long and horizontal one. If your logo is long and horizontal, and you cannot get it to format correctly, try editing the logo size before uploading it to your personality, or performing adjusts to the size, position, and other document parameters in the designated personality under Settings > Document Appearance > Layout Options. If your logo is still not as desired after going through these steps, try editing the logo size with Adobe before uploading. To do this, make a correctly sized blank field for how big you want it to be and lay your logo on top. 

  3. While BlinkBid does work on every Internet browser, Chrome is the one we suggest that people use to run BlinkBid Online. A few reasons for this- Chrome has the most updated security features with the security updates running in the background. Chrome is also the most modern with advanced memory management for storing and running applications on your computer. Try switching to Chrome and let us know if that resolves the problem.
