If you're not seeing a job that was shared with you OR a person you've shared a job with has not received the job you've sent, we can check a few things:
Are you and the person who is trying to share the job with you both using BlinkBid Online (cloud version)? Sharing between the desktop and online version is not possible because we could not merge the two disparate technologies. Therefore, if you received a share code via email you cannot apply this to the online version to see the job.
Is the job being sent to the correct email address that is associated with the receiving person's BlinkBid Online account (the email that is used to sign-in to BBO)? Inputting the incorrect email address is the most common issue people encounter.
Some times the page just needs to be refreshed and then the job will pop-up. You can also try signing out of your account and then back in and the job often pops up after that.
