Here are the most common reasons for receiving an error message inside BlinkBid and the ways to resolve it.

Having multiple BlinkBid tabs open.

Please only work inside one BlinkBid tab at a time. If you start opening multiple tabs and trying to work simultaneously on different jobs inside BlinkBid, the system will flag an error or issues will arise.

Using the browser's "Back" button.

If you open a job, switch personalities, and then use the browser's "Back" button to re-access the job, you will receive an error message when trying to print the job. Instead of using the browser's "Back" button, please switch personalities, and access the job using the "My Jobs" list or the dashboard.

Clicking an existing job link and being in the wrong personality.

If someone on your team share’s an existing job link from your account which already has a personality attached (so not a job share link), you need to be in the personality of the job when clicking the job link in order for the job to appear. If you have been working in another personality previously, and click on the job link the system will flag an error. For example, if my team member Elliott emails me a job link that is housed in his personality inside our account, I will need to be in his personality inside BlinkBid before clicking the job link.
