Unable to upload photos

If you aren't able to upload new photos for your profile or listings, here are some steps to follow to troubleshoot

For iOS App Users

The most common issue that can cause not being upload photos from an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) is the Photo permissions for the app. Apple is increasingly cautious with letting apps access your photos so you may need to go to your device's "Settings" and select "Privacy" and then select "Photos"

Once in the "Photos" section select our app

Ensure that "All Photos" are selected. This allows you to pick from all your photos when it comes time to add photos to your profile or listings within our app.

For Android App Users

Simile to iOS, the most common issue that can cause not being upload photos from is the "media" permissions for the app. To ensure that our app has access to your media (photos are considered media in Android), go to "Settings">"Privacy">"Permissions Manager">"Files and Media".

Scan the list of apps and look for our app and select it. Make sure the selection is "Allow access".
