Automated CoinEx integration has been discontinued as CoinEx shut down its API in October 2026 and is ceasing operations. Withdrawals on CoinEx are only possible until December 22, 2026.
Existing Integrations: Remain fully intact with all previously imported data (please do not delete the integration). New transactions are no longer synchronized.
Back up your data now: Download your complete transaction history via the official CoinEx export page while your CoinEx account is still accessible: CoinEx Export & Data Download
New or missing transactions: Since there is no native CoinEx CSV importer, you can only add them via the Blockpit CSV Template or manually.
ℹ️ Important: The API synchronization guide below is no longer applicable. Save your original export files locally, after the shutdown retrieving data may no longer be possible.
How do I get my CoinEx API key?
Log into your CoinEx account.
Click in the top-right corner on your profile button and select API Management.
Click on Create API and enter a remark/name for your API key.
Now only grant the API key permission for "Read" and keep all other permission disabled as shown in the image below.
Do not use IP whitelisting for now.
Now finish by entering your SMS code and click on Create.
Your API key and Secret are now visible in the API-List.
Your Secret is now shown only once and available to copy!To import your data, you must first create an Integration in the Blockpit Web App.
To do so, navigate to the menu item Integrations in your Dashboard and click on +Integration.Select CoinEx from the list of exchanges, and then copy the API key and the Secret into the designated fields.
❗ The activation of your API-Keys by CoinEx seems to take several minutes. Please wait about 5 minutes before clicking on Continue to completing the creation of your Blockpit Integration.
➡ Confirm your entries by clicking Continue and finish the setup on CoinEx by clicking Confirm.
Which data can be imported via CoinEx API?
Your complete transaction history always serves as the basis for your tax report. Preferably, automatic API solutions are used to import your transactions. Our team is committed to implementing all API data provided by your exchange for you.

Missing transactions can be found by comparing the actual history of your exchange. You can add these subsequently as individual manual entries or by migrating your CSV data into our Excel template.
