General Synchronization of Integrations (Sync All)
Synchronizes starting from the last existing transaction in your integration.
In Exchange, Blockchain and Wallet integrations, transactions can be synchronized automatically as well as manually. This is the standard form of synchronization, which enables the continuous import of new transactions. New transactions are thereby always imported starting from the time of the last transaction already present in your integration.
You can manually trigger the synchronization of your integrations at any time in the Integrations tab on your Dashboard :
All integrations at once: Click the blue “Sync all” button (highlighted in 🟩 green).
Individual integration: Click the sync icon 🔄 (highlighted in 🟩 green) directly on the respective integration.
Automatic synchronization of integrations (once a day) and the “Sync all” function is only available to users with Blockpit Plus Subscription.
Manual synchronization of individual integrations (using the “ 🔄 Sync icon” button) does not require a Blockpit Plus subscription and can therefore always be started free of charge.
Re-Synchronization "Re-Sync" of Integrations (Sync Missing Transactions)
Synchronizes from the starting point "0" or the set import start date of your integration.
This is the advanced form of the general synchronization that allows transactions to be imported retroactively OVER the entire import time span or from the actual start date of your integration.
You can start a full re-sync manually for any blockchain, wallet, or exchange integration in the Integrations tab on your Dashboard. Simply click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the respective integration and select “Sync Missing Transactions”.
💡 Why or when to re-synchronize?
The synchronization of transactions is generally based on the recognition of unique Transaction IDs (e.g.: transaction hashes - visible in the Advanced Transaction Details). Provided there have been no technical changes to your exchange or blockchain, transaction IDs will remain the same (static) in most cases.
✅ The re-synchronization of integrations can be used:
To import permanently deleted transactions.
To import missing transactions.
To import incorrectly imported transactions after they have been permanently deleted.
⛔ The re-synchronization of integrations can NOT be used:
To import incorrectly permanentnly deleted or spam marked transactions. Soft deleted transactions can instead be found and re-included via the filter option View: Deleted / Spam.
💡 Re-synchroniztion of permanently deleted & missing transactions
When re-synchronizing, all previously permanently deleted transactions will be imported again! Missing transactions can therefore also be re-synchronized or imported retroactively, provided they are actually included in the import spectrum of your integration.
Once your re-synchronized is finished you can sort by "Newest imported" in your Transaction list to see all recently imported transactions.
💡 Re-synchronization or correction of faulty transactions
Product updates provided by Blockpit have no direct effect on existing transaction data in your Integration (precautionary measure to avoid changing existing transaction histories through automatic product updates)
If you want to re-import an existing transaction by performing a re-synchronization of your integration (for example, to check whether the same transaction has already been updated and can therefore be detected more accurately/completely - provided your integration/transaction is older and potentially outdated) you must first permanently delete it from the transaction list.
Soft deleted transaction do not count as a permanently deleted. Spam / Scam transactions should therefore be soft deleted / marked as spam rather than permanently deleted to avoid renewed import.
❗ Transactions Duplicates
Please also note that the re-synchronization of your integration may result in transaction duplicates if these transactions have already been created manually or if the ID structure of your integration has changed.
Therefore, first check which transactions have already been added manually and, if necessary, restrict the start date of your integration before performing the resynchronization.
Set a Start Date for your Integration (Import Time Span)
📆 The Re-synchronization always starts from the start date that was entered when the integration was created or from the first available transaction (Full History).
When should I change the import start date of my integration retroactively?
💡 You can edit the import start date of your integration retroactively to ensure that tax reports that previously submitted tax reports and the associated transaction histories remain unchanged.

Example: Re-synchronization starting from 01.01.2025
