With Resync Transaction you reload a single blockchain transaction with the latest data straight from the network. Blockpit removes the old transaction and re-imports it in one step. You no longer have to delete it first normally and then permanently, run a re-sync of the whole integration, or recreate the integration.
🚨 Cannot be undone
Resyncing discards all your own edits to this transaction: labels, notes and adjusted asset values. The action cannot be undone. Note down what you changed beforehand.

Where is the function available?
✅ Smart-contract chains such as Ethereum, other EVM chains and Solana
⛔ UTXO chains such as Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin
For transactions where the entry is missing, keep using the route via deleting and re-syncing the integration.
How to resync a transaction
1️⃣ In the web app, open Transactions and find the transaction.
2️⃣ Click the ⋮ menu of the transaction and choose Resync Transaction. The entry is at the end of the menu, after Copy transaction.
⚠️ Caution: Before you click, check whether you edited the transaction. The filter View › Edited shows edited transactions. Those changes are gone after the resync.
3️⃣ Check the result in the transaction list. The transaction now shows the current data from the network.
What happens next?
▸ What changed? Blockpit deleted the transaction and re-imported it with the current chain data.
▸ Where do I find the result? In the transaction list, for example by date and integration.
▸ Undo: Not possible. You have to set your own labels, notes and asset values again.
Typical mistakes
✗ Resynced an edited transaction → label, note and asset values are gone and cannot be restored
✗ Looked for it on Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin → the function does not exist there
✗ Kept using the old route (delete, permanently delete, re-sync the integration) → needlessly laborious, and a re-sync can create duplicates
Frequently asked questions
Do I still need a re-sync of the integration afterwards?
No. The resync handles deleting and re-importing for this one transaction.
What happens to my labels and notes?
They are lost, because the transaction is imported again.
What do I do with a Bitcoin transaction?
The function does not exist there. Use the route via deleting and re-syncing, described here:
