Purchases via iOS, Mac or the Android app are treated as in-app purchases and are processed via the payment interfaces of the respective platforms. The same applies to invoicing: the invoice comes from Apple or Google, not from Blockpit.

Where can I find my invoice when purchasing via the iOS/Mac app?
After your purchase, Apple automatically sends the invoice to the email address known to them. Please note that this can take a few days in some cases.
In the App Store on your Apple device, you can view your purchases and have an invoice sent again.
1️⃣ Open the App Store.
2️⃣ Click your profile icon at the top right.
3️⃣ Click Purchase history.
4️⃣ Select your Blockpit purchase.
5️⃣ Here you can view your purchase. Click Resend receipt if you want the receipt sent to you by email.
Where can I find my invoice when purchasing via the Android app?
After your purchase, Google automatically sends the receipt to the email address known to them. If you need an invoice, proceed as follows.
1️⃣ Open the following Google page: payments.google.com
2️⃣ Click Activities and select the Blockpit purchase.
3️⃣ Then click Download VAT invoice.
4️⃣ The invoice with VAT shown also contains your name, address and the purchase amount.
I can't find my purchases in the Blockpit app
Please note that purchases via the iOS, Mac and Android app are not shown under "Payments" in Blockpit. You will find your purchases under "Shop" by selecting the tax year.
Typical mistakes
✗ Looked for the invoice in Blockpit under Payments → app purchases do not appear there, the invoice comes from Apple or Google
✗ No receipt by email → with Apple it can take a few days, in the App Store you can have it sent again
