With Blockpit's Free plan, you can thoroughly evaluate the software before making a purchase.
Among other things, you can:
connect exchanges and wallets,
import your transactions,
test CSV and Excel imports,
review your transaction history, and
explore all available features before generating a tax report.
This allows you to determine whether Blockpit is suitable for your use case before purchasing a paid license.
Can I receive a refund?
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your purchase.
A significant technical product issue prevents the generation of your tax report.
The issue could not be resolved within a reasonable period of time.
No tax report has been downloaded.
If all of these conditions are met, we will review whether the specific circumstances qualify for a refund.
Refunds are not available in the following situations
Unsupported integrations
The exchange or wallet you want to use is not yet supported via API or CSV import.
With the Free plan, you can verify in advance which integrations are currently supported. Our Help Center describes the available functionality of each integration as accurately as possible.
CSV or Excel imports are too complex
Some integrations require importing data using our Excel template.
The need to use a manual import, or finding this process too complex, does not qualify for a refund.
Transaction history contains warnings or is incomplete
Your imported transaction history contains warnings or is incomplete.
These warnings are intended to transparently highlight potential inconsistencies in your imported data and do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund.
General dissatisfaction
Refunds are also not available if:
you changed your mind after purchasing,
Blockpit does not meet your personal expectations, or
you decide to use another solution or work with a tax advisor instead.

Blockpit is not meant to replace an accountant, Blockpit is a do-it-yourself cryptocurrency tax calculator and portfolio tracker. You still need to have some computer knowledge to navigate the user interface, even though we've tried to make it as simple as we can. Since you can test Blockpit extensively in advance and our support team will guide you in the best possible way, no refunds are possible.
