To navigate to the canvassers page, in the menu click 'Canvassers' under 'Registration.'
There are 2 tabs in the canvassers table, 'Active canvassers' and 'Archived canvassers.' Both are searchable by canvasser name.
Scroll down to see some other ways to filter your table, by hiding and showing columns and adding filter rules to any of the columns in the table. In the table we show canvasser name, turf, and phone number. Click any column title to sort the table.
Click the 3 dots to the left of the canvasser name to edit or archive a canvasser. In the 'Archived' tab, the dots will give you the option to unarchive a previously archived canvasser. Click the canvasser name to go to the canvasser profile.
Click the blue 'Add Canvasser' button in the top right of the page to add a new canvasser.
In the new canvasser page, you will enter in basic canvasser details such as first name and last name, phone number, and turf (or office).
You can use the notes section for any details that you think are relevant to the canvasser's work. You'll notice that the phone number is required. We use this for some reporting on duplicate forms as well as to identify duplicate canvasser profiles.
Click 'Create Canvasser' to create a new canvasser.
