You can create a new phone bank by clicking ‘New’ in the Phone Banking page. You can also create a copy of an existing phone bank and add a new list of participants.

In the New Phone Bank page, you will enter in the Phone Bank name, start and end date and time, and a description if necessary.

You will then select a call list from lists you have previously uploaded or you can click ‘Import New Call List’ to upload a new call list to Blocks for this phone bank. 

Click ‘Create’ to create your phone bank.
